If you are waiting by the printer for your document, and nothing seems to be coming, always start by checking your Vanguard Mail account first. Many times, the OnCampus Printing service will notify you via an email of a problem.
Common Problems Include:
- Not enough printing credits on your account. Learn how to purchase more print credits here.
- Document is not saved as a PDF. In most applications, click File > Save As to save a document as a PDF.
Requesting a Refund
- After Logging in to OnCampus Printing, select Recent Print Jobs. Next to the desired submission, select Request Refund.
- Provide a detailed description of what happened before submitting your refund request.
